Colby Young, Vice President of Asset Management, leads teams responsible for asset management and redevelopment across the Redwood West’s portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties. Colby and his team develop and execute tailored business plans for each asset, continually testing and refining strategy to ensure every property reaches its highest potential — creating vibrant environments that connect communities and businesses with the retailers, services, and experiences they need.

With over 20 years in commercial real estate, Colby’s experience includes asset management, development, and acquisitions of a wide range of assets including retail, multifamily, hospitality, seniors housing, and mixed-use.

Colby holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from San Diego State University.
