Kate Novak works as Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator, where she supports daily operations and helps bring the Redwood West brand to life. She has a passion for marketing, public relations, and social media, and enjoys exploring ways to connect with the community and enhance brand experiences.

A graduate of Boise State University, Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and proudly embraced college life on the blue turf. Her time at Boise State strengthened her passion for communication, brand strategy, and collaboration.

Having grown up in San Diego and now calling Newport Beach home, Kate has long been drawn to the energy and lifestyle of Southern California’s coastal communities. With ties to the Newport Beach Fire Department, she enjoys seeing how the community engages with and supports its first responders. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, walking around town, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time outdoors.
