Kimberly Tavares, Chief Financial Officer of Redwood West, brings more than 18 years of finance expertise with a focus in real estate transactions.

Kim began her career as a forensic accountant and valuation expert before launching PacWest Accounting, which quickly became one of Southern California’s first outsourced CFO firms in 2008. Over the past decade, Kim has focused primarily within the real estate sector, advising on more than $1 billion in transactions and providing expertise in due diligence, asset management, construction, and property accounting.

Active in the Newport Beach community, Kim has served as CFO, Vice President, and Chairman of the Board of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, and is a current member of the Commodores Club executive committee.
