Kimberly Tavares brings more than 18 years of experience providing CFO and business advisory services to real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and established business owners. As CEO of PacWest Accounting, she works closely with clients to strengthen financial positions, improve reporting, and support smarter, faster decision-making.

Kim began her career as a forensic accountant and valuation expert before launching one of Southern California’s first outsourced CFO firms in 2008. Over the past decade, she has focused primarily on the real estate sector, advising on more than $500 million in transactions and providing expertise in due diligence, asset management, construction, and property accounting.

Active in the Newport Beach community, Kim has served as CFO, Vice President, and Chairman of the Board of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, and is a current member of the Commodores Club executive committee.
