At Redwood West, Langston brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to both acquisitions and asset management, with a focus on unlocking value through strategic positioning, operational insight, and long-term vision aligned with the firm’s placemaking philosophy.
Prior to joining the team, he was a Senior Analyst at Rialto Capital, where he supported the asset management, valuation, and strategic oversight of a $1.2 billion portfolio of office and industrial assets. His work focused on identifying opportunities to enhance performance, reposition assets, and drive long-term value.
Before Rialto, Langston began his career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst, where he underwrote more than $3.2 billion in real estate transactions, with a primary focus on preferred equity investments in value-add multifamily and commercial adaptive reuse projects. This experience provided a strong foundation in complex capital structures, disciplined underwriting, and institutional-level investment strategy.
Langston is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he was a four-year student athlete on the Men’s Rugby Team and earned a B.A. in Economics with academic honors. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Real Estate Program at the Ross School of Business.
