Matt Spear is an Associate on Redwood West’s Property Management team, where he supports day-to-day operations across the firm’s portfolio. He focuses on improving efficiency and driving value through vendor coordination, capital improvement support, and assistance with leasing and tenant-related initiatives.

Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Communications from San José State University, where he competed on the baseball team for five years. He later continued his academic career at the University of Michigan, earning a graduate certificate in Real Estate Development.

With a strong foundation in teamwork and discipline, he brings a thoughtful and reliable approach to operations, contributing to the overall performance of Redwood West’s property management platform.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, with a growing interest in camping and travel. He also enjoys attending sporting events and spending time at the beach.
