Ryan Dan, Vice President of Leasing at Redwood West, leads the firm’s leasing strategy with a focus on curation, positioning, and long-term value creation across its retail portfolio. He approaches each asset with an ownership mindset, shaping thoughtful merchandising plans that elevate the experience, strengthen tenant mix, and drive sustained performance.

Ryan brings a well-rounded perspective spanning both ownership and brokerage, allowing him to execute with a highly strategic, deal-driven approach. Prior to Redwood West, he held roles with First Washington Realty, Donahue Schriber, Opus West, and CBRE, before founding Anchor Point Realty Partners—an in-house leasing platform focused on aligning landlord vision with market execution.

At Redwood West, Ryan is focused on creating destination-driven environments where retail, dining, and community intersect—ensuring each project reflects a cohesive vision while maximizing asset value.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
